Top Notch Property Management was started by husband-and-wife duo, Kate and Brendan, located in the small fishing community of Rockport, Texas. We have taken on the challenge of managing vacation homes, second homes and investment properties in the area for our clients so they can relax knowing their property is being managed by local and trusted professionals.

Kate has over 15 years of experience in the luxury travel and concierge space. She can provide guests with recommendations with dining, activities, and local events for their upcoming stay in the Rockport area.

Brendan has a construction and mechanical background which enables us to troubleshoot and fix many issues on the spot, without having to spend money on an outside contractor resulting in fewer hours of disruption. He will address any issues with the property and put a plan in place to have the issue resolved in a timely manner.
